PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multi-task system in which a user can designate the real time scheduling of activity even in a standard type system which is not equipped with any real time function. ;SOLUTION: This system is provided with a writer task for preparing real time and non-real time messages having a multiple priority order arranged in an ascending order in plural priority order bands so that the real time message can have a prescribed timing dead line, plural queues 311-314 for applying an index to the message by using a pointer so that one queue can be obtained in each priority order band, a dispatcher 310 for moving the pointer from the queue whose priority order is lower to the queue whose priority order is higher in response to a time-out signal dependent on the timing dead line, and a data push agent 113 for transmitting the message to which the index is applied by the pointer according to the multiple priority order.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
