PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily convert an existing control flow program into a data flow program by selecting a block to execute the designated corresponding part of the control flow program in accordance with the stored dependency. ;SOLUTION: A chart is displayed for defining a memory area (610), and the memory area is divided into blocks by means of a tool (620).
