Sado-shiki spot-type fire detector sensitivity adjustment method and its sensitivity adjusting device

PURPOSE: To efficiently control the sensitivity of a large number of fire sensors in a short time by increasing the contact space compared with its normal position and finishing the sensitivity control while the contact space set when the fire sensor operates in a reduced pressure atmosphere is kept in a prescribed range. ;CONSTITUTION: A fire sensor 101 is put on a fire sensor placing stage 16 of a control closed tank 12, and a tank cover part 19 is placed above the tank 12. Thus a screw driving part 20 touches a contact control screw of the sensor 101 and at the same time the lead terminals 21 and 22 are connected to the terminals of the sensor 101. The sensor 101 is stored in the tank 12 in such a way, and the contact control screw of the sensor 101 is lifted by a prescribed extent and decompressed with the prescribed decompression characteristic. So that the constant differential pressure is secured between the air chamber of the sensor 101 having the standard characteristic and the inside of the tank 12. Then the contact control screw is turned in the direction where the contact space is reduced, and the sensitivity control of the sensor 101 is finished while the position of the contact control screw is kept in a prescribed range.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
