摘要

Novel intramolecular G-quartet structure forming oligonucleotide (I) is labelled with a donor fluorophore and an acceptor, where the donor fluorophore and acceptor are selected so that fluorescence of the fluorphore is quenched by the acceptor when the oligonucleotide forms the G-quartet structure, and quenching of the fluorescence is reduced upon unfolding of the G-quartet structure.
