PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the rotation loss and improve the fixing force by constituting a rotor by use of a high-temperature superconductive magnet formed of a high-temperature superconductive film, and using a cylindrical stator superconductor consisting of a high-temperature superconductor. SOLUTION: A rotor 110 is formed by use of a superconductive magnet 101 consisting of a high-temperature superconductive film. The rotor 101 comprises a nonmagnetic cylinder 104 playing a part of shaft, a number of high-temperature superconductive magnets 101 forcedly arranged within the nonmagnetic cylinder 104 at prescribed intervals so that the magnetic field is directed to the outside of a journal. High-temperature superconductors 105 for magnetic flux fixation are set on the upper and lower parts on the outside of the rotor 110. According to this structure, since the radial magnetic flux density is increased near the surface of the rotor 110, the working force by the magnetic flux fixation with the high-temperature superconductors 105 of the rotor is enhanced.
