ROPE SHAKING PREVENTING DEVICE OF ELEVATOR SPEED GOVERNOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the interference with a car and an apparatus within an elevator shaft by the distortion of a speed governor rope by setting a guide pulley for the speed governor rope on the car. ;SOLUTION: A speed governor rope guide device 8 set on the upper part of a car 7 is formed of a guide pulley 9, a support base 10 for receiving the guide pulley 9, and a rope slippage stopper 11. The guide pulley 9 guides the distortion of a speed governor rope 4 (anti-fixed side) because of the inclination of an elevator shaft so as not to prevent the rising and falling of an elevator car 7. Therefore, the elevator car 7 can rise and fall without interfering with the speed governor rope 4 (anti-fixed side). The gap between an elevator shaft wall 12 and the rope slippage stopper 11 may be slight, and the space for suspending the speed governor rope 4 may be also slight.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
