PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately adjust an attitude of a work for a short time even if a user is not an expert, to simplify a structure, to reduce a cost and to improve versatility. ;SOLUTION: In this device, a base 2 is fixed on a machining table 31 of a machine tool 30. By adjusting an attitude of a mounting body 3 relatively to the base 2, an attitude of a work W fixed on a mounting face 3a of the mounting body 3 is adjusted. The work W is slightly moved together with an X-axis moving table of the machine tool 30 in a contacting state of a test indicator 46 attached to a tool head 44 with a machining face Wa of the work W. A user grasps the tilt of the machining face Wa to the X-axis by viewing movement of an indicator. The user manually sets a correction amount necessary for dissolution of the tilt with a first correction amount adjustment switch of a controller C, then turns on a first execution switch 67. At that time, first driving/fixing members 4A, 4B, 4C drive the mounting body 3 by a mount allowing the dissolution of the tilt of the work W to the X-axis.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
