PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stippling tool to easily effect embossing and form a punched hole even by a powerless person without needing a high power and improve facility and to provide a stippling tool set having the stippling tool. ;SOLUTION: An emboss and a punched hole are formed in a scattering state in an object to be stippled, such as a paper sheet, and a desired pattern, such as letters and figures, is drawn on the object to be stippled. In a so formed stippling tool 1, at least a part of a surface forms a curved surface-form contact surface 20a. On the contact surface 20a, a press body 2 on the contact surface 20a of which a plurality of protrusions 20b are arrayed corresponding to a pattern to be drawn on the object to be stippled is provided.
