PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially reduce processing time for acquiring/restoring the structure of an object. ;SOLUTION: The entire time sequential image data are divided into sub time sequential image data {n1} and {n2} (step 22). A two-dimensional image coordinate point to be the feature of the object is tracked, the feature points of the object projected in common between the sub time sequential image data are extracted, they are made to correspond and feature point link information is obtained (steps 24 and 25). To the two-dimensional image coordinate data of the feature points, the three-dimensional structure data of the feature points on the time sequential image data are acquired by using a factorization method (steps 261 and 262) and a geometrical transformation coefficient for transforming three-dimensional coordinates is obtained so as to match the three-dimensional coordinate data of the feature points projected in common between the sub time sequential image data. The three-dimensional coordinates of the entire feature points are transformed by the transformation coefficient (step 27) and the structure of the object constituted of the feature points of the entire time sequential image data is restored.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
