METHOD FOR FORMING MUNICIPAL REFUSE-BURNED ASH INTO CEMENT RAW MATERIAL, AND CEMENT RAW MATERIAL OBTAINED BY THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming municipal refuge-burned ash into a cement raw material by which the municipal refuge-burned ash is utilized as a part of the cement raw material, and further to obtain the cement raw material obtained by the method. SOLUTION: Foreign matters and chlorine components are removed from a municipal refuge-burned ash to provide a substituent cement raw material (a) having components resembled to a low grade clay raw material (or a low grade iron raw material) in a normal cement raw material (b). The substituent cement raw material hardly causes trouble at the firing time or the finishing pulverizing time even if the substituent cement raw material is mixed with the normal cement raw material (b) because the foreign matters are removed from the substituent cement raw material (a). The cement obtained by mixing the substituent cement raw material (a) with the normal cement raw material (b) is utilized as the cement the same as the conventional cement, for example, such as the cement for a ferro-concrete obtained by burying reinforcing steel readily eroded by chlorine because the chlorine component is removed.
