PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly perform the washing and drying of a large amount of clothes without requiring manual labor in the field by a method wherein on a car body, a plurality of washing machines are mounted, and at the same time, one unit each of a dryer, a hot air generating device, a generator and a control panel are mounted, and a required piping is applied, and a water supply and a water drainage are made possible. SOLUTION: On the upper rear part of a trailer carriage 1 at the front side of which a traction part 4 is provided, and which is towed and carried by a truck or the like, four full automatic washingdewatering machines 6 are mounted, and they are fixed with a belt 7. Also, at the approx. center of the upper part of the trailer carriage 1, one dryer 10 is mounted, and on the side of the dryer 10, which is opposite from the washing machines 6, a hot air generating device 13 and a generator 15 are arranged. By such an arrangement, the weight balance is made favorable, and at the same time, the workability is improved. The hot air generating device 13 is provided as a heat source for the drying, and for which a jet heater using kerosene in a kerosene tank 13a as the consumption fuel is used, and the hot air generating device 13 and the drying 10 are connected with a duct 14.
