PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction joint surface processing device for concrete, by which the degree of freedom of a movable range of a brush can be heightened, the brush can be always pressed to the surface of concrete to be processed with fixed contact pressure, and the brush can be easily replaced. ;SOLUTION: A brush 10 is supported by a frame 9 capable of freely oscillating up and down and round the axis of a shaft part 9j. This device includes a hoisting means 12 for hoisting the brush 10 by hoisting force always adjusted to be constant. The brush 10 is supported at a point through a wire 13. Further, this device includes a buffer means 19 for buffering the upward behavior of the brush 10. In the case where the brush 10 is disposed in the lower part, a part to be suspended 22, which is suspended by a weight lifting device 3 is provided to facilitate replacement of the brush 10.
