PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To nonpoweredly supply liquid in a liquid tank into an exhaust pipe by taking out only an exhaust pressure in an optional direction among vibrating exhaust pressures using a check valve, and causing a pressure difference among them. ;SOLUTION: A pipe nipple 7 and a check valve 6 are attached to a pipe nipple and a check valve 4 which are attached to an exhaust pipe 2 of an internal combustion engine 1 through a liquid tank 5, and an exhaust pipe 8 having a different shape is attached to the end of the exhaust pipe. The exhaust of the internal combustion engine is vibrating, and only a pressure acting in an arrow direction of the check valve 4 us taken out through the check valve 4 from the above vibration, and therefore the pressure at a A point becomes higher than that at a B point.
