PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply marking of a bench mark with high accuracy by one surveying engineer by securing the horizontal of a shooting device for correcting an inclination by an inclination correcting device on the basis of output of an inclination detector, and shooting a mark bullet from the shooting device by a trigger mechanism. ;SOLUTION: An inclination correcting device 40 provided between a stand 18 and a shooting device frame 21 is composed of a screw shaft 42 lifted by a pulse motor 41 rotating according to output of an inclination detector 35 and a pressing object projection 43 arranged on the shooting device frame 21 side. The pulse motor 41 of a trigger mechanism 30 is normally or inversely revolvingly driven on the basis of a detecting value of a horizontal state of a shooting device 20 by an inclination detector 35, and the shooting device frame 21 is tilted with a tilting shaft 22 as the center to secure the horizontal of the shooting device 20. An electric current is carried to a ratchet 32 by waiting for a press of a shooting switch 45 after confirming the horizontality to release locking of a piston rod 26.
