PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the registration of work data to a data base and to hardly generate errors in the contents of work data to be registered. ;SOLUTION: Concerning this management system, when a dispatched employee transmits work data from terminal equipment 11 in the company of the dispatch destination, a computer 3 stores these work data in a data base 2 while relating them with the personal data of the said dispatched employee and when a manager of the said dispatched employee in the company of the dispatch destination approves the work data of the dispatched amployee, the computer 3 overwrites these approved data on non-approved work data stored in the data base and updates these work data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
