PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the attaching structure of a crankcase cover, wherein without increasing the weight of the cover, interference with a gear or the like in the crankcase is avoided to prevent the increase of space limitation placed on other part items.;SOLUTION: In the attaching structure of a crankcase cover 4 covering a crankcase 9 by setting the opening surface of a crankcase 9 as a matching surface P, the peripheral edge portion of the crankcase cover 4 is fixed with a plurality of bolts, a bolt member 6 is protruded from the crankcase 9 side to the outside more than the opening surface, flange portions 27 and 28 are provided in the middle part of this bolt member 16, and the crankcase cover 4 is fixed to the flange portion 28.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
