PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance grinding efficiency. ;SOLUTION: Grinding wheel holders 27 are circumferentially mounted to an approximately ring-like grinding stone flange 20 at a predetermined space. A ring-like concave portion 35 is formed on a disc-like flange of the grinding wheel holder 27 and an approximately circular grinding wheel 36 of which a curvature is smaller than that of the grinding wheel flange 20 is installed and is constituted by superposing an abrasive grain layer 38 in which a resin bond grinding wheel 39 divided in a longitudinal direction and a metal bond grinding wheel 40 are combined on a base metal. A curved convex portion of the resin bond grinding wheel 39 is positioned at an outer periphery side of the grinding wheel flange 20. A metal bonding phase of the metal bond grinding wheel 40 can be destroyed at a micron unit by dispersing a deposition particle comprising an intermetallic compound in the organ to enhance an autogenous blade-generation effect.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
