PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally and economically design by projecting diaphragms on a steel pipe forming a column, and fixing an end part of a main reinforcement to the diaphragms via a beam axial reinforcement fixing metallic material. ;SOLUTION: A column 1 is formed by filling concrete 4 in a steel pipe 3 such as a square steel pipe or a circular steel pipe, and in that case, the concrete 4 is filled only in the total length of the steel pipe 3 or a joining part of a beam 2, and diaphragms 5 and a web plate 6 for reinforcing this joining part and joining the beam 2 are respectively projected in the joining part of the beam 2. The diaphragms 5 are respectively projected by horizontally penetrating through a part corresponding to upper/lower flanges 7a of a beam steel frame 7 of the steel pipe 3, and the web plate 6 is vertically projected between the upper/lower diaphragms 5, 5 of the steel pipe 3. The upper/lower diaphragms 5 and the web plate 6 are integrally fixed to the steel pipe 3 by welding. Thus, the transmission of stress to the column from the beam is clarified not only in a steel frame part but also in an RC part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
