PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to carry out puncture under an ultrasonic guide in the state of holding an ultrasonic endoscope at a lumen wall and to exchange only a balloon catheter without taking the ultrasonic endoscope out of the lumen wall when the balloon is ruptured by a puncture needle. ;SOLUTION: This ultrasonic endoscopic device has the ultrasonic endoscope 1A having a channel 10 for the puncture needle which is provided with an ultrasonic vibrator transducer 8 at the front end of an insertion section 2 and opens toward the radiation surface of this ultrasonic vibrator transducer 8 and a channel 13 for the balloon catheter 14 opening toward the flank of the insertion section 2 which is the rear surface of the ultrasonic vibrator transducer 8, and the balloon catheter 14 for the ultrasonic endoscope having the balloon 17 which is insertable into the channel 13 for the balloon catheter and holds and fixes the front end of the ultrasonic endoscope 1A by expanding at the front end of the ultrasonic endoscope 1A.
