A body base part 1 is formed in vertical bar shape and longitudinally and laterally larger than the body supporting device 5 to prevent a fall. A long screw 2 is erected in the elevating member 3 from the upper end of the body base part 1. The power of a motor 9 is transmitted to the screw 2 of one elevating member 3 through a worm gear 8 and a gear 7 and to screw 2 of the outer elevating member 3 through a belt 12 to elevate.
