PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve an inconvenience of deposition of minor components contained in flush water on a bowl internal surface of a ceramic urinal to cause and fix so-called silicate scale stain on the bowl surface, and at the same time to effectively flush the bowl internal surface by the flush water. ;SOLUTION: There is provided a ceramic urinal 10 having a water spouting hole at its upper end. Flush water is downward sprayed from the water spouting hole to flow downward along the internal surface of a bowl 14, to thereby cleanse the internal surface of the bowl 14. An antifouling agent 44 which reacts with and is chemically bonded to a hydroxyl group on the internal surface of the bowl 14, is coated on the internal surface of the bowl 14 at an upper portion thereof in a vertically predetermined range immediately below the water spout hole. Thus, a film of the antifouling agent 44 is formed to shield the hydroxyl group. The entire internal surface of the bowl 14 below the predetermined range is not coated with the antifouling agent 44.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
