PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having excellent mechanical characteristics, a strong adhesive force, capable of being processed in the form of a solution, and having the characteristic of rubber elasticity by mixing a specific styrene-maleic acid polyethyleneoxy ester copolymer, a specific electrolytic salt, and an organic solvent. ;SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) 1-50 wt.% of a styrene-maleic acid polyethyleneoxy ester copolymer of formula I {R is H or a ≤10C alkyl including methyl; (a)-(d) are each 0 or 1, provided that (a)+(b)+(c)+(d)=1; R' is R or a group of formula II [(n) is 1-20]}, (B) 1-50 wt.% of an electrolytic salt selected from compounds of the formula: A+B- (A+ is an alkali metal cation such as lithium cation; B- is an anion such as ClO4-), and (C) 50-98 wt.% of an organic solvent selected from acetonitrile, propylene carbonate, dimethoxyethane and tetrahydrofuran.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
