PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to enjoy games of many kinds at a visiting place through arbitrary selection and purchase of them readily, without the need for purchasing a portable game machine or a personal computer by providing a function of a game machine that arbitrarily stores and reproduces the games of many kinds to a portable telephone set while leaving functions as a telephone set, although the user has had to purchase a portable game machine or a portable personal computer capable of reproducing games conventionally in the case that the user has enjoyed arbitrarily selecting and purchasing many kinds of games at the visiting place. SOLUTION: A portable telephone set incorporates a storage device, capable of optional rewrite and reproduction of digital information so that the digital information required for games such as video images, images, dynamic images, characters, numerals, symbols and voice data can be newly written arbitrarily, rewritten, and appended in the built-in storage device that is initialized. The portable telephone set is provided with the function of a portable game machine that can arbitrarily store and reproduce many kinds of games, in addition to the substantial function of the portable telephone set, by devising the portable telephone set in a way of being able to reproduce stored information.
