PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an earth-retaining structure in which an opening work of a form and a leakage-preventing work can be easily carried out and which can be integrally formed with a foundation concrete structure without influence of the conditions of the ground. ;SOLUTION: This form is provided with a plurality of curved face plates 30 having the same shape. In the curved face plates 30, a cylindrically assembled form 28 is divided to a plurality of sections in both peripheral and vertical directions. Connection flanges 32 extending inward are provided at the four peripheries of the plates. The curved face plates 30 are cylindrically assembled by joining mutual connection flanges 32 brought into contact with each other in the peripheral and vertical directions by clamping clips. One or a plurality of stages of protrusions 36 gradually reducing the sectional area toward the excavation wall face side are formed at every vertical specified distance at the external peripheral face in the form cylindrically assembled. A circular leakage prevention protrusion 38 is provided at the lower end side of the form 28 cylindrically assembled.
