PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to mortar lining at the removal of a form, and enable the accurate and efficient execution of work for the mortar lining in a vertical shaft.;SOLUTION: Characteristically, in the form device, there are arranged a support 2 in the vertical shaft 28, a slide body 3 which slides while being guided by the support 2, the first two form pieces 7 and the second two form pieces 9, which are arranged alternately in a circumferential direction so as to constitute the cylindrical form 6 and wherein belt-shaped protrusions 6a are formed on outside surfaces, the first links 15 which movably connect a lower part of the support 2 with the form pieces 7 and 9, respectively, the second two short parallel links 21 and the third two long parallel links 24, which connect the slide body 3 with the form pieces 7 and 9 in positions above the first links 15, respectively, and a hydraulic jack 5 which is located between the support 2 and the slide body 3; and the form pieces 7 and 9 are made to advance for expansion outward via the links 15, 21 and 24, so as to form the cylindrical form 6, or made to retreat for contraction and closing inward via the links 15, 21 and 24, so as to make a diameter of the cylindrical form 6 smaller.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
