PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method for producing an amorphous soft magnetic alloy strip having thick thickness and wide width, and a producing apparatus thereof, the amorphous soft magnetic alloy strip and an amorphous soft magnetic alloy member.;SOLUTION: When the amorphous soft magnetic alloy strip 50 is produced by spouting molten alloy 30 from a nozzle 17 toward the cooling surface of a cooling roll 11 rotation-driven to cool the molten metal 30, the shape of the spouting hole 34 of the nozzle 17 is formed as almost rectangle and the spouting width (w) of the spouting hole 34 paralleled to the tangential direction (p) in the rotation of the cooling roll 11 is made to 0.2-0.8 mm. The interval (d) between the nozzle 17 and the cooling roll 11 is made to 0.2-0.8 mm, and the peripheral speed of the cooling roll 11 is made to 3-60 m/s.
