AMORPHOUS SOFT MAGNETIC ALLOY SINTERED BODY, AMORPHOUS SOFT MAGNETIC ALLOY MAGNETIC CORE AND PRODUCTION OF AMORPHOUS SOFT MAGNETIC ALLOY SINTERED BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve soft magnetic properties such as magnetic permeability and coercive force by sintering planar particles each other with at least a part of the boundary between the adjacent other planar particles left.;SOLUTION: The planar particles 3 composing a sintered body are the ones obtd. by pulverizing a metallic glass alloy thin strip or obtd. by mistily spraying the molten metal of a metallic glass alloy against rotating cooling rolls and executing cooling and are composed of a pair of sheet faces 4, 4. The planar particles 3 are sintered so as to be mutually adhered in a state in which their shapes are retained as they are, and there is a state in which the boundaries of the planar particles 3 are present in the structure. Thus, the electric resistance is made high in the boundaries, the specified resistance as that of the whole of the structure is increased, and the loss of eddy current is reduced, by which the magnetic permeability in a high-frequency region can be increased. Moreover, preferably, at least ≥80% planar particles 3 composing the soft magnetic alloy powder are sintered with the boundaries left.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
