PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently ensure the adhesion and processability of a film without bringing about the lowering of the strength of an Al panel at the time of lamination even if a thermoplastic resin with a relatively high m.p. such as polyester or the like is used as a film in producing a thermoplastic resin film coated Al panel by laminating a thermoplastic resin film to an Al panel. ;SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin film coated Al panel 1 is produced by a first process heating an Al panel to temp. higher than the glass transition temp. of a resin film but below the m.p. (Tm) thereof, laminating the resin film to at least one surface of the Al panel at that temp. and pressurizing them by laminating rolls 7A, 7B and a second process heating the resin film laminated Al panel by an infrared heating system 11 bringing the temp. of the resin film to a temp. range from (Tm-50)°C to (Tm+20)°C in succession to the first process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
