RAW MATERIAL GRANULAR BODY FOR IRON-SILICON BASE SOFT MAGNETIC SINTERED ALLOY, ITS PRODUCTION AND PRODUCTION OF IRON-SILICON BASE SOFT MAGNETIC SINTERED ALLOY MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sintered alloy having high density and excellent in magnetic properties by sintering a granulated body obtd. by granulating Fe fine powder and Fe-Si base fine powder of the particle size equal to or below a specified value via an organic binder and/or an organic solvent. ;SOLUTION: Fe fine powder of ≤350 meshes and Fe-Si base fine powder of ≤350 meshes are granulated via an organic binder and/or an organic solvent. The content of Si in the Fe-Si base fine powder is 8 to 80 wt.%. The Fe fine powder and Fe-Si fine powder are blended so as to form silicon iron in which the content of Si is 4 to 13 wt.%. The blend is blended with 0.5 to 2 wt.% organic binder such as polyvinyl alcohol and 5 to 20 wt.% organic solvent such as methyl alcohol, which is stirred by a kneeder or the like to form into a granulated body of 40 μm to 1 mm average particle size. The granulated body or a graded body of ≤100 meshes obtd. by cracking the granulated body is pressurized to form into a green compact, which is baked at 1100 to 1350°C to obtain an Fe-Si base soft magnetic sintered alloy member.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
