CORROSION-PROOF LINING METHOD FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out a lining work on a concrete structure. ;SOLUTION: Concrete 5' is placed in a space defined by an external form 1 and an internal form 2 and the external and internal forms 1, 2 are removed after the concrete 5' has cured to form a structure 5. Protrusions 3 formed of continuously shaped projections are provided on the face 2a of the internal form 2 opposite to the external form 1. Continuously formed recessed grooves 6 are made on the whole internal wall face 5a of the structure 5 after the external and internal forms 1, 2 have been removed. Thereafter, a corrosion- proof synthetic resin material 4' is applied on the whole internal wall face 5a on which the recessed grooves are formed to cover the whole internal wall face 5a with the synthetic resin material 4' and form a lining layer 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
