PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method and system device for a two-dimensional scan type range sensor projector scan which sequentially determines, changes, scans, and measure an actual scan path so that a scan track based upon the measurement result of a preliminary scan is scanned and the recording medium where the two-dimensional scan type range sensor projector scan program is recorded.;SOLUTION: A sensor head A is equipped internally with a laser light emission unit 3 which generates laser light 2, a lens 4 which refracts the laser light 2 into laser irradiation light 2a, a horizontal lens driving device 5 and a vertical lens driving device 6 which drive the lens 4 horizontally and vertically, a photodetecting element 7 which photodetects laser reflected light 2b and generates observation information, a three-dimensional position computing element 8 which receives the observation information and generates three-dimensional position data, scan track decision units 9a, 9b, and 9c which calculate the scan track from the three-dimensional position data from the measurement result of the prescan and the current measurement data, and a lens driving signal generator 10 which generates a lens driving signal from the scan track.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
