A CPU 13-1 of the communication terminal 1-1 switches a speed recognition database 51 stored in a RAM 14-1 so as to correspond to the language used by the user. The CPU 31 of the server 3 switches original language information 101 of a machine translation database 91 so as to correspond to the language inputted by the user from the communication terminal 1-1.
