PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curtail an extruding washing process, to reduce the quantity of used water, and to simplify temporary piping or waste water treating facilities. ;SOLUTION: A circulating pipeline 4 having a washing pump 2 and a strainer 3 is connected to a piping system 1 to form a washing loop. Between a mixing device 17 and the strainer 3, a water supply pipe 5 and a chemical injection device 6 for storing ammonia are connected. To the water supply pipe 5, a deaerator 25, a water supply pump 7, and a pure water vessel 8 are connected. Between the washing pump 2 and the piping system 1 and on the upstream side of the washing pump 2, a blower 18 and a mixing device 17 are installed respectively in series. To the mixing device 17, a steam feeding device 20 is connected through a steam feeding pipe 19, and an active carbon treating column 15, a desalter 46, and a filtration filter 21 connected in series are connected in parallel to the circulating pipeline 4 for connecting the piping system 1 and the strainer 3. On the inlet side of the strainer 3, a drainpipe 9 is branched and connected, and the drainpipe 9 is connected to a waste water vessel 22. The waste water vessel 22 is provided with a sampling pipe 23 connected to an analyzer 24 and a drainage pump 13, and to the drainage pump 13, a water discharge pipe 12 is connected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
