PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively lower the water content in solid matter after solid-liquid separation by using an organic waste liquid flocculation accelerator consisting essentially of O3 to effectively perform the solid-liquid separation of an organic waste liquid in the case of accelerating the flocculation of the solid matter in the organic waste liquid. ;SOLUTION: In the treatment of an organic waste liquid including a concentrated organic waste liquid such as distilled spirit lees, livestock excrement waste liquid, waste liquid discharged from food processing plants and waste liquid of fishery processed materials, organic materials in the waste liquid is oxidized and the flocculating effect of the solid matter in the waste liquid is enhanced by utilizing the flocculation accelerating effect of ozone for the organic waste liquid. And, the organic material flocculation treatment is performed by using the organic waste liquid flocculation accelerating agent consisting essentially of O3 and after that, using a flocculant such as a high molecular flocculant, polyaluminum chloride. The organic waste liquid after brought into contact with ozone is desirably settled for a whole, and after settled, the flocculation of the organic materials in the organic waste liquid occurs with the addition of the flocculant.
