PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dried Kefir food product that the microorganisms in Kefir are activated in human intestines and improve the intestinal environment to increase the digestion and absorption of foods and maintain health by admixing powders of plants and fruits specifically treated with enzymes. ;SOLUTION: Preferably, mandarin oranges, oranges, grapes, melons, tomatoes, egg plants, persimmons, strawberries, apples, pears, plums, jujubes, radishes, carrots, burdocks, sweet potatoes, yams, rice, wheat or the like are treated with cellulase and heat, preferably treated with the following enzymes: cellulase, hemicellulase, galactopyranosidase and the like, then oligosaccharides are added to the treated products to give the objective food product.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
