PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to easily and securely instruct a welding part and a direction of a welding nozzle.;SOLUTION: A solid figure generating part generates a solid figure based on a development to be displayed in an image surface, a side of either solid surface of the solid figure in the image surface is indicated, a side of a counter surface is specified by a nozzle direction determining means 8 based on the side indicated by a mouse 7, and a sort of matching is determined based on relation between both solid surfaces. A nozzle direction of a welding robot in accordance with the sort of matching is thus determined.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
