PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving mechanism of a weft guide bar and two or more kinds of warp guide bars in a crocheting machine having narrow width, capable of combining and forming two or more kinds of stitches with a simple and compact mechanism in a narrow knitting space.;SOLUTION: In a narrow crocheting machine having a driving mechanism each independently synchronously driving one or more weft guide bars 20, warp guide bars 22 and 25 and plural knitting needles 31, these warp guide bars comprise plural guide bars 22 and 25 forming two or more kinds of stitches and at least one guide bar 22 of these warp guide bars 22 and 25 is installed in installation space of the weft guide bars 20 and a supporting block 9 of the warp guide 22 is installed in nearly same vertical face as a supporting block 8 of the weft guide bars 20 and the weft guide bar-supporting block 8 and the warp guide bar-supporting block 9 are vertically moved in mutually independent state and nearly same vertical surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
