PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a QoS controller which fast performs QoS control in a built-in type real time system.;SOLUTION: When a QoS control task 11 receives notice that it is in an overload state from a DL error processing task 13, it reduces the value of a QoS level 31 by one. The task 11 refers to a QoS table 16 and accesses the QoS handler of a task having the difference of a CPU utilization factor with the value of the level 31 after change as an argument. On the other hand, when it receives notice that it is in a low load state from an idle time monitoring task 12, the task 11 refers to the table 16 and accesses the QoS handler of a task having the difference of a CPU utilization factor with the value of the level 31 after change as an argument.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
