PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical apparatus for quantitatively detecting linear motion and rotational motion, which can be easily manufactured on a detector side.;SOLUTION: Luminous fluxes of two light emitters 11, 12 transmit through a translucent region 21 and a non-translucent region 22 provided on a raster board which projects motion of the optical apparatus for quantitatively detecting linear motion or rotational motion, and the transmitting light is shed to an individual light receiver 3.
