PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skeleton structure capable of achieving industrialization, standardization, qualification and quantification in a standardized apartment house, and satisfying the diversified requests on the market. ;SOLUTION: In a skeleton structure of a standardized apartment house to be constituted by connecting basic units to each other, the base unit is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped three-dimensional space with side surfaces formed of a pair of opening surfaces opposite to each other and a pair of boundary surfaces, has a flat slab part 10 and a beam slab part 20, and has a plurality of inner columns 30 erected on the line parallel to the boundary surfaces and a plurality of beams, and the flat slab part 10 is of reverse beam structure while the beam slab part 20 is of forward beam structure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
