PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing complex capable of improving a view from a room and an exterior appearance and a service space in the housing complex.SOLUTION: In a housing complex, dwelling units 11 are arranged in a plurality of floors. An outer peripheral beam 21 is arranged such that an outer side surface 21a of the outer peripheral beam 21 of the dwelling unit 11 is located outside of an outer side surface of the outer peripheral column. An outer wall of the dwelling unit 11 is configured by continuously arranging glass plates 31. An outer side surface of the glass plates 31 is arranged flush with the outer side surface of the outer peripheral beam 21. An election member 20 including the outer peripheral beam 21 is provided with an outdoor floor member 25 to form a service space SS protruding outward from a position lower than a floor surface of a room in the dwelling unit 11 to an outside of the dwelling unit 11. Service spaces SS corresponding to each of the welling unit 11 on the same floor are communicatively connected to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
