The site has two-dimensional subspaces with divergent sizes for apartments and/or houses. Each subspace is divided based on a long side of the building site and an apartment type. A two-dimensional area is provided in building ground with roadside with multiple corners. The two-dimensional area is divided by reserving the subspaces based on an order. The subspaces comprise a fixed longitudinal type cover with certain longitudinal length. A type of the subspaces is marked by depth and the longitudinal length. An independent claim is also included for a method for dividing a two-dimensional area into multiple smaller two-dimensional subspaces for apartments.
