PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphic plotting device capable of changing and outputting the attribute of a graphic defined according to its use. SOLUTION: This graphic plotting device is provided with an inputting part 2 for inputting data defined by a graphic, a display part 3 for displaying the graphic, a graphic defining part 1a for defining a graphic for each layer based on the data inputted by the inputting part and for storing graphic data in a graphic definition table 1c, and an output controlling part 1b for changing and outputting the attribute of the graphic in a batch by referring to a layer definition table 1d in which the attribute is defined for each layer in displaying the graphic on a display part 3, based on the data stored in the graphic definition table.
