The method is used in transplant and non-transplant growing in greenhouses and in open fields of vegetable crops, in particular of tomatoes and cucumbers. It includes irradiation of the seeds of transpants by helium-neon laser with 632.8 nm wavelength and output power of 20 mW. In the transplant growing the tomatoes are irradiated fivefold, for 14 days in succession, and the cucumbers - sevenfold for the same period of time. In the non-transplant output, i.e. at field conditions of sowing the seeds, the irradiation for the tomatoes is again fivefold for a period of 28-30 days, after which they are sown in the soil, and for the cucumbers - sevenfold for the same period. 1 claim
