The method as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that water or water with specific additives are used for washing and cooling the explosive mixture. 3. The method as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that water from the water treatment system with a closed water circulation is used as cooling liquid. 4. An apparatus for disposal of ammunition comprising fixing the ammunition, a drive for ammunition rotation, an axially movable hollow rod with an atomizer at the end facing the explosive matter, a drive for axial displacement of the hollow rod, a chamber for receiving the explosive mixture, a high pressure unit and a control system, characterized in that the high pressure atomizer is provided with nozzles, arranged at an angle and asymmetrically towards the longitudinal axis of the hollow rod inside which a high pressure pipeline is mounted, and the hollow rod is used as a pipeline for the cooling liquid and provided with an additional atomizer for supplying said liquid into the washing zone of the explosive mixture, said atomizer is placed behind the high pressure atomizer and provided with water supply ducts arranged symmetrically at an angle 15-45 degree to the axis of the hollow rod, wherein said water supply ducts and the high pressure atomizer nozzles are arranged mutually-perpendicular planes, besidesthe hollow rod is mounted axially or with displacement towards the ammunition axis. 5. The apparatus as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the chamber for receiving the explosive mixture and water is provided with a temperature sensor, connected with the blocking device of the apparatus control system.
