A machine for fuelling a boiler supplied (fired) by pulverised coal, without the use of petroleum, includes a covering chamber 1 for thermal acclimatisation of a fuel having a branching pipe 2 arranged on its side surface; installed in this branching pipe is a generator 3 for plasma injection, including an internal electrode 4 and an external electrode-nozzle 6. An external view 9 of the electrode-nozzle 6 exit is directed from a point A at which the axis 10 of the plasma generator 6 is intersected by a projection of its external surface being in contact with the branching pipe 2 of the thermal acclimatisation chamber 1 for the fuel, at a distance L=(0.8-1) d2, where d2 is the diameter of the channel of the electrode-nozzle 6 in the external view 9, the angle between the axis 10 of the plasma generator 3 and the axis 11 of the thermal acclimatisation chamber 1 for the fuel lies within the limits of 30 degree to 150 degree.
