The present invention relates to a combined pediatric vaccine composition comprising a single immunizing dose of a mixture of diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis antigens and a conjugate of a Haemophilus influenzae type b capsular polysaccharide antigen and an aqueous conjugate of the CRM197 protein. This combined vaccine formulation elicits an enhanced antibody response in children to diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis and Haemophilus influenzae type b vaccine components.
