The devices are formed by at least one stone holder (5) which with the intermediary of a connecting part is fitted to the frame (2). The connecting part is rotatable between the stone holder and the frame, so that the stone holder and the accommodated stone (4) can be turned in relation to the frame and at least through 180 degrees. One or more cylinders are provided, whereby a part of the cylinder body is fitted to the frame and a part of the connecting rod of the piston is fitted to a stone holder, so that by operation of the cylinder the distance between the fixture point of the cylinder body to the frame and the fixture point of the connecting rod to the stone holder is altered, enabling the stone holder to be turned in relation to the frame.
