The device has a main case (4) below which a pair of secondary cases (5a, 5b) are arranged one before another. Each secondary case (5a, 5b) is adapted to collect crushed stones which is arrives from the case (4) and spread the stones on a pavement (C) through series of distribution traps (6a, 6b). A hydraulic jack is provided to selectively position the cases (5a, 5b) either in retracted position or an extension position. The stones are transferred in each of the case and are spread on the pavement through the traps when the cases (5a, 5b) is in retracted position.
