Certain named quinazoline derivatives are used in a manufacture of a medicament to treat dyskinesia associated with dopamine agonist therapy in a mammal. The quinazoline derivatives have the formula I wherein: A is an optionally substituted fused 5 or 6 membered heteroaromatic ring of formula II or III with the ring positions A, B, D and E being independently carbon or nitrogen and the ring positions F, G and J being independently carbon, nitrogen, oxygen or sulphur; the ring positions V, X, Y and Z are all carbon or one of them is nitrogen and the others are carbon; R6 is a phenyl of formula IV or an optionally substituted fused 5 or 6 membered heteroaromatic ring of formula V or VI with the ring positions K, L and M being independently carbon or nitrogen and the ring positions P, Q and T being independently carbon, nitrogen, oxygen or sulphur and the rest of the variables are defined in the specification limited by the provisos listed in the specification.
